Iken Support Team are finalists for the Best Service Desk Customer Experience 2020 Award

We are absolutely delighted to announce that our support team, who are based in the head office in Bristol have been selected as finalists for the Best Service Desk Customer Experience 2020 award from the Service Desk Institute. After making the initial award application the team presented to the judges in Birmingham and were then selected as one of three organisations to go through as finalists with the results announced at a gala evening in Spring 2020.  To get this far, against tough competition is testament to the customer centric support values held across the Iken team and summarised in The Iken Support Commitment.
