Founder, Director & CEO
One of the leading UK experts in the practical application of case-centric working, and the software systems to support this, Andrew - a co-founder of Iken in 1992 - has over 40 years experience in the IT industry, most recently in the uses of software to enhance professional productivity. Following his degree and Phd in Economics, Andrew undertook a variety of roles, from software development, project management and implementation services through to strategic IT consultancy. Before Iken, he was a Director of MVM Consulting Group, helping pioneer a form of electronic commerce to speed up property conveyancing. He has successfully developed and managed the implementation of many products and bespoke public services applications covering topics including local land charges, planning, and electoral registration.
Chief Operating Officer and Director
As one of Iken’s Directors and with over a decade experience in the team, Tanya brings an unending supply of enthusiasm and practicality in bringing our vision to life. She is passionate about growing and nurturing young talent, promoting workplace equality and investing in the team. Tanya believes in big hair, shoes do bring happiness, has a secret penchant for Agatha Christie novels/films, and is a secret gadget queen.
HR and Office Manager
Harriet is the HR and Office Manager at Iken, making sure everything runs smoothly and keeping us all in check. She is currently studying her Level 7 CIPD accreditation in order to further develop her career within HR and to make sure we have the very best employees at Iken. Harriet is green fingered and relaxes spending time in the garden or with a spot of yoga – when she isn’t travelling to hot spots far and wide #wanderlust.
