This was our fourth Lockdown Surgery and we know from your feedback that the technical support and training has been vital over the last few months. As we move out of the national lockdown and in response to our customer survey results, we are renaming the events the Iken Support Surgery. The Support Surgery will be held every other month and will include a regular best practice guide from the support team plus items from a rolling programme covering product top tips, end-users sharing best practice feature use and product updates.
The Iken Support Surgery will be held on Thursday 8th October and is open to all clients, please contact your account manager to reserve your place.
