“After working within the Public Sector for 25 years we have witnessed time and again the amazing and transformative work conducted by Public Servants. But what do we mean by ‘knowledge management’?

The Gartner Group defined it as: “Knowledge management (KM) is a business process that formalizes the management and use of an enterprise’s intellectual assets.
