We wont disappear once your initial project is complete because we believe in continuing improvement and support for our clients provided by our highly praised support desk and account managers.
To support your team we:
- Offer unlimited access by phone and email to our Support desk for all users within your team, whether your query is technical or training related;
- Provide free end use of software upgrades as standard in annual support fees;
- Allocate you a dedicated account manager who will be your main point of contact for any non-support related Iken queries;
- Organise biannual User Group meetings offering the opportunity to network and share best practice with other Iken users;
- Circulate a quarterly client newsletter including best practice tips and updates from the company;
- Supply free access for all users to training materials, FAQs and a client forum in the User Area of the website.
