To support your team we:

  • Offer unlimited access by phone and email to our Support desk for all users within your team, whether your query is technical or training related;
  • Provide free end use of software upgrades as standard in annual support fees;
  • Allocate you a dedicated account manager who will be your main point of contact for any non-support related Iken queries;
  • Organise biannual User Group meetings offering the opportunity to network and share best practice with other Iken users;
  • Circulate a quarterly client newsletter including best practice tips and updates from the company;
  • Supply free access for all users to training materials, FAQs and a client forum in the User Area of the website.
